I have been a resident of Chelsea off and on for the last 30 years. I have purchased a number of homes in the area and couldn't have been more impressed with the service that I had this summer (2014) from Jeff and his team.

Jeff recently helped me to get a great deal on a lake property. I had been looking at properties on Zilliow for several months. I called Jeff in the morning. He got us in to look at the house in the afternoon. We wrote an offer the next day. We discovered a couple of issues with the property. Jeff helped us to negotiate a better price. Jeff Klink was born and raised in the area and knows it very well. This is very important considering the vast number of back roads, lakes, and irregular school district lines in the Greater Ann Arbor area. Jeff has represented me as both buyer and seller on two different "difficult" properties.
He is very professional, quick to respond to calls, and will always find time to meet with clients. Jeff is never pushy and always forthright when sharing his opinion. I cannot imagine contacting any one else the next time I buy or sell a home.

I went through many realtors before going with Jeff because most realtors were not very responsive. Jeff was VERY responsive! Jeff Klink always called back within a couple hours which is very important in today's market and how fast pace everything is. He has connections to Bob at First Equity for my mortgage which I was very pleased with as well.
