I did a market analysis study with four real estate agents that were recommended to me. Three of them had two weeks to prepare and Jeff had less than 24 hours. Jeff and his team are the rock stars of real estate! I talked to three different realtors that had recent sales in the Grass Lake area and felt Jeff knew the most about the market. He also recommended we list our home at a higher price than the other realtors. We had multiple offers the first week and ended up selling it for $5000 more than the list price!
